Indivisible Rally
Stand Up Against Illegal ICE Deportation and Detention Rally
It is time to hit the streets to tell Trump and Holman what you think about people being illegally detained and deported - with no due process. This rally is in Manchester. Sign up here for details.

Monthly Meeting of the Hampton Democrats
Well, how did we do in the town elections? Attend to learn more - and offer ideas about how we can do even better in 2026.
The team also hopes to spend some time talking about communications initiatives to inform voters on key issues and holding Republicans accountable for bad decisions and dangerous legislation.

Sunshine Committee
This team is about personal care. When someone within our network is celebrating a life milestone or is dealing with a hospitalization or a family loss, the Sunshine Committee will organize around personal outreach and care.

Public Service Subcommittee
The Public Service Subcommittee will meet immediately after the close of our monthly meeting. At this meeting, we will plan out a draft calendar for the year - and confirm our first two events.
If you are interested in joining the Public Service Subcommittee, please sign up here.

Hands Off! New Hampshire Rally
Trump and Musk think this country belongs to them, but we say NO! They are taking everything they can get their hands on—our health care, our data, our jobs, our services—and daring the world to stop them. This is a crisis, and the time to act is now.
On Saturday, April 5th, we're taking to the streets to fight back with a clear message: Hands off!
This mass mobilization day is our message to the world that we do not consent to the destruction of our government and our economy for the benefit of Trump and his billionaire allies. Alongside Americans across the country, we are marching, rallying, and protesting to demand a stop the chaos and build an opposition movement against the looting of our country.
A core principle behind all Hands Off! events is a commitment to nonviolent action. We expect all participants to seek to de-escalate any potential confrontation with those who disagree with our values.

Monthly Meeting of the Hampton Democrats
This month, we will be holding a facilitated conversation with Democrats who we endorsed and who serve on our town boards.
What has their board moved forward in the past year? What is the highest priority that their board can address now? What is their plan to do that? What are the biggest obstacles and how do they plan to overcome them?

Monthly Meeting of the Hampton Democrats
Join us for our monthly meeting. All our working groups will be sharing updates, including on fundraising, social event planning, neighbor to neighbor outreach, and community service.

Picnic Subcommittee Meeting
Join our planning comittee for their 1st meeting. At this meeting, we will decide the location of the picnic, when it will happen, and our 2025 theme.

Cheers to Victory Party
We went 10 for 10 this year with our endorsed candidates!
Come to say thank you to the many committed volunteers who help get the word out. Meet your newly elected candidates.

Social Events Subcommittee
This committee is responsible for planning our social calendar.
Please join us if you’re a social butterfly and like planning parties!

Town Election
Vital decisions get made in March that affect the quality of life in Hampton. The decisions that are made have an outsized impact on your daily life.
Yet, only a small percentage of Hampton voters show up to cast their ballots. Please make sure you mark your calendar to vote for good local policies and budgets.

Monthly Meeting of the Hampton Democrats
This is our final meeting prior to the March elections. Attend to find out how you can help.
We also will be volunteering for subcommittees to advance our organizing plan for the year. If you have skills and talents (and we know you do), please attend this meeting so you can help move forward Democratic values.

SAU 21 Deliberative Session
Hampton joins with its neighboring towns to support Winnacunnet High School. The excellence of our high school depends on it receiving sufficient funding to support top-notch academics, co-curricular, and extra-curricular activities.
Because warrant articles may be amended at this meeting, it is crucial that Winnacunnet’s supporters, including parents and non-parents who appreciate that their property values and the quality of our town depend on continuing to offer fine public schools, attend with strong numbers.

SAU 90 Deliberative Session
This is the meeting where warrant articles are debated - and possibly amended - that affect Hamtpon’s K-8 schools. It is important that people who value public education attend in sufficient numbers to ensure that proposed warrant articles are not gutted before we get to the March election.

Monthly Meeting of the Hampton Democrats
At this month’s meeting, we will be:
Organizing to support our endorsed candidates for municipal elections
Reporting on themes from our survey and facilitated small group conversations that will drive our 2025-2026 strategic plan

Town of Hampton Deliberative Session
Want to learn more about the warrant articles that support police, fire, parks and recreation, town government staffing, and our physical infrastructure? This is the meeting for you!
This meeting promises to be well attended. If you value our town services, it is vital that you attend. A lot of unusual things can happen at the town’s deliberative session. If we attend in strong enough numbers, then we can prevent changes that would damage to critically important town initiatives.

Monthly Meeting
This meeting is for registered Democrats because we are holding our biennial caucus and because only registered Democrats can vote in our endorsement decisions. At the meeting, we will be:
Taking feedback to inform our 2-year strategic plan
Holding our biennial caucus
Hearing from candidates who want our committee’s endorsement for municipal elections, including an opportunity to ask questions

Biennial Caucus
Every 2 years, Democrats are invited to vote for their local party leadership: Chair, Vice Chair, Secretary, Treasurer, and State Convention Delegates.
We are holding our caucus on January 14. Please sign up here in advance.

Holiday Party
It’s time to gather with friends and neighbors and celebrate. It’s getting dark and cold, but we have free food and drinks to try to lure you from a too-early hibernation!
Please sign up here. That way, we will be sure to order enough munchies.

Informational Meeting: Municipal Elections
If you are interested in running for municipal office in 2025, please join us for this meeting.
If you are interested in receiving an endorsement from the Hampton Democrats, attending this meeting is critical. We will be covering the timeline, obligations of candidates, support from the committee, and when and how the committee makes its endorsement decisions. Location information will be provided to those who sign up.

Monthly Meeting
Regardless of how the election goes (but let’s do everything we can in these final days of October and early days of November), the Hampton Democrats are meeting in November.
We have a lot on our agenda, including:

Looking forward to building the strategic plan for the 2025-2026 election cycle
Thanking our 2024 volunteers and donors
We hope you will join us.

The Hampton Young Democrats are sponsoring a free guided salt marsh walk. Ellen Goethel, a zoologist, conservationist, and the owner of Explore the Ocean World Oceanarium at Hampton Beach, will lead the tour. Ellen will teach us about the salt marsh’s plant life and animal habitat and how the marsh acts as a sponge - a critical natural resource to lower flood impacts.
The Hampton Young Democrats invite people of all ages to participate. The physical exertion for the trip is modest, but participants should be steady on their feet. Careful walking and some jumping is required.
Space is limited, so please sign up today.
